He listened to what I was coming in for, while also suggesting things to further figure out or concern what happened, and gave me a rough estimate of each scenario so that I could be prepared. He explained to me approximately how long it would take and kept me informed as the day went by by texting me updates. I commend Service Department Manager Martin Romero for having an awesome team. If I could give 10 stars I would. ”

Customer service is no good except for 3 people training really needed when dealing with people/public. Need to do better it is sad and you are spending your money to provide them with jobs 😔.. ”

“ Called to schedule a service appt and this is about this and the diagnostic fee.They charge $190 on diagnostic and do not waive it if work is performed. The Waldorf location charges $160, but waives the fee if you get the work done. And the Greenbelt location does not charge for the FIRST diagnostic and has lyft to shuttle you back within 10 miles. The 3 stars is because why would I bring my car here when there are 2 other dealerships within 35 minute drive that will save you more than $180 they will charge??? Its not competitive and only people who dont know better would choose it over the others that are just as close. I did not call Alexabdria to get their rates, so who knows, but they have better metro access in case you need to get back outside their shuttle range (Huntington). I live in district heights, md, so access is just as easy to the others. So, just remember, you can always call around to other dealerships, and they were so loud to tell me "absolutely not" on waiving the diagnostic fee like they are the only business in town🙄. They arent competitive and im leaving this review, because take your business where the dealership will work with you. ”
